A desert drive is more than the distance on the road to your meeting point. DuneTraq records your GPS route with speed, distance and elevation, then brings the saved drive together for review. Desert km and Desert Climb count separately from road-driving context for UAE rankings.
Explore off-road GPS tracking and offline recordingCreate a private Live Convoy and invite drivers by code or link before you set out. While participating drivers record, the shared map shows vehicle positions, direction, distance, battery information and stale warnings. Each driver keeps their own trip record.
Live position exchange needs internet. Your trip can record offline, but it cannot supply fresh crew positions without a connection. Check update freshness and keep your agreed communication plan.

Add your photographs, choose a cover and export a trip card for WhatsApp, Instagram or your phone's sharing options. Your vehicle's Garage keeps its identity, photographs, modifications and linked drive history together.
Levels and badges give your own progress a home. UAE driver and club leaderboards offer weekly seasons and all-time standings, with Desert km and climb as separate views.

DuneTraq is an off-road trip recording and convoy coordination app for UAE 4x4 drivers. Record your route and driving statistics, review saved drives, build driver progress and share trip cards. It is free to download for iPhone and iPad.
Yes. DuneTraq is built for UAE off-road drivers, including drivers heading out from Dubai. It records the drive you take. It does not certify that an area is open, recommend a safe route or determine whether your vehicle and experience are suitable for the terrain.
Your own trip can continue recording offline. Live Convoy requires internet to exchange positions, and older positions can remain visible when the connection is lost. Check the freshness warnings. Offline recording is separate from map availability and live location sharing.
Participating drivers can join a private Live Convoy with a signed-in DuneTraq account, using an invitation code or link. While recording and connected, they share positions and driving context. Live Convoy supports coordination; keep your crew's agreed radio and recovery plan.
DuneTraq is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 17 or later. Android is in closed beta. Request beta access using the Google Account email you use in Google Play; submitting a request does not immediately provide access.
