Responsible use

Follow local laws, land-access rules and your convoy leader’s instructions. Do not operate the app while driving. DuneTraq records off-road activity; it is not an emergency service and does not guarantee that a route is safe or accessible.

Your content

Only upload names, images and other content that you have the right to share. Abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening or unlawful content, impersonation and spam are not permitted. Do not share someone else’s personal information without their permission. Objectionable content and abusive conduct are not tolerated.

Report a concern

Use the report action on a driver’s profile or email support@dunetraq.app. Include enough detail to identify the content. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. Content that violates these rules may be removed, and access to community features may be restricted.

Your account and privacy

You can delete your account in the app. See the privacy policy for information about app data and contact support for help.
